C'mon Chief!! Thanks for posting! - excellent Live+CG combination to tell the story quickly. ...Or is it all CGI?

Man, talk about spoiler heavy!

This trailer reveals that Master Chief is a kidnapping victim who has been searching for his mother since he was a boy across the entire galaxy.  What he doesn't remember is that his mother is actually Cortana, who chose to be with him not because she's his mom but because all the other choices in Spartan died on the operating table when they were getting their iPhones implanted right into their forearms.  It went on to show that because Chief hates anything Apple related he gets really angry and goes on a murderous rampage on some guys that were just out for a stroll on a cliff.  This angered their friend who at the end is just trying to figure out why Chief killed his friends.

Somehow, I can't help but feel a little wrong that I, as a 41 year old man, get such a giant smile and boyish giggle at seeing this.

I am so excited!

Pretty cool trailer, can't wait for the game.
