increased connectivity issues - sticky ground clutter

anyone else on xbox live notice increase connectivity issues?

starting from maybe saturday I often get the little red "unplugged" symbol flash on the upper right of the scree.n

and I get freeze and teleport issues.

some matches I get a long delay when spawning before i can even move or the "pistol up" animation starts.

also some matches I get "stuck" on small ground clutter and have to bunny hop couple of times to unstick myself.

I've restarted the system couple of times, tested my network connection, etc

could just be server connection issues but I found it odd that it just started happening for me this weekend.
