Many reasons:

1. The game is no longer about having fun anymore.

2. They know where all the good weapons are.

3. They spawn kill you. Again, and again.

4. They're not content to just beat you. They must destroy you. (Yeah, this is fun when you're doing it to someone else, but keep in mind that on the other side of every pwnage is a very annoyed person. Just sayin' :)

5. While on your team, they take charge and start bossing everybody around.

I bought some more games recently, and am trying to clean up (i.e. FINISH) some of my older games. I just can't go on to new games without finishing the old! Here are some of what I've been into lately. (Note: These are generally considered old games. But I don't care cuz they're new to me!)

Captain's Log: Stardate 5/5/2011

Today I beat Ninja Gaiden 2 on its hardest difficulty, Master Ninja Mode. It unlocked a sweet new gamerpic, and placed me at #480 on the leaderboards. Considering the top 200 or 300 are all glitchers, that's none too shabby if I do say so myself!

I feel like I climbed a Goddamned mountain - all from the comfort of my couch while sitting on my ass. Life just can't get much better than that! Yeah, I realize I have low standards :)

Here are my Chapter scores, for anyone who gives a rat's ass. (That is, likely no one. But I digress...)

I got my video capture device up and running, but it looks like I did a bad job with the capture and editing software settings. The quality is lousy, the picture is distorted... The capture software was Video Studio, and the editing was done with Windows Movie Maker. I think I have an older version though, that didn't work with the 16:9 ratio. I might try again. Hell, I'm still trying to figure this shit out. I'm not sure I have the time to devote my life to it, so any advice is appreciated!

Yesterday, after fixing my wife's bike, my son and I came inside. I thought I had closed the garage door. Apparently not...

This morning I awake to find the door wide open and my nice $140+ DeWalt drill STOLEN. It seems that's all that's missing. Nothing was vandalized. I guess I can be "happy" about that.

And at least the bastard was thoughtful enough to leave all my drill bits behind. Nice of him, huh?

I am extremely pissed right now.
