So this is Christmas......  Well, it is our tradition to celebrate on Christmas Eve.  The kids and grandkids were here yesterday for dinner and gift exchange.  The 4 year old was predictably disappointed when there were no more gifts to open.  What a kid!  He wasn't complaining about the presents, just the fact that there were no more pretty papers to tear to shreds.  The older one nabbed the book he got and started reading.  That was the end of that.  A geek in the making!  He will read anything and play any game.  Since he is still restricted from the internet, he hasn't tried Halo or oth

I am truly amazed at the number of people that have access to the internet and time on their hands during work hours.  That is never true for me.  I came across this video and thought some of you might be able to appreciate it.

I just got back from the gym.  I dropped my membership about 6 months ago and decided it was time to get back into it.  The reason?  Ack!  I was trying on jeans the other day......thought I might have gained some weight.  5 lbs in 6 months!!!!!!  One could say more to luv.....NOT!!!!!!!  So, I went, did the weight circuit, but reduced each machine by about 10 lbs.  Felt pretty good!  Did some cardio, about 1/2 hour.  That felt good, too.  I forgot that it felt good to work out.  But, tomorrow I think it will not feel so good, any more.  I will be sore, but that's ok.

It is less than a week until Christmas.  What is on my Christmas list?  Well, the usual things, good health, lotsa money, and world domination.  Other than that, my wants/needs are few.  My mother used to say I wanted the world with a fence around it.  True that.  I told my kids the same thing.  And now my grandkids.  Family, that is important.
