Not in a good mood

Yesterday, my hi-def projector began having issues with a flickering image. This is the 3rd time I will have to send it in since I purchased it in late February. I'm going to try reseating the lamp, but if that doesn't work, I'm going to have to have a conversation with Panasonic about giving me a new projector.


Last night, I dreamed that I went into work only to realize when I got there that I was no longer employed. That was pretty depressing.


My strategy for today is to knock out a shitload of chores this morning: clean the ceiling fans, replace the screens in the basement windows, get my garage door to quit being so noisy, and fix the flag on my mailbox. This afternoon, I'm going to my son's 2nd grade field trip.


Today's drawing is kind of a take on the Keep on Truckin' drawing by Robert Crumb. This is a drawing I could see doing again, but with more speed lines and making the lizard look more crazed.

@MTK - damn dude! That's what's been missing in my drawings -- blood. I give you my word that my next week, there will be blood in my drawings.

critique: i don't know if speed lines are what you need but the piece could use some motion, more than the tongue wagging...a little spit coming off the tongue, tear ducts raging, nostrils more flared, hair (spines) on back all pointing backward with the wind, plus whatever's propelling that jet cup...
