Little pet peeve

One thing that really pisses me off is a demo that you just can't exit from. You know what I'm talking about -- you hit the start button and press "quit game" from the menu, then it either makes you sit through a movie or half a dozen ad screens that list all of the game's features.  And you can't skip through any of them. Eventually, you just give up and hit the guide button and press Y to return to the dashboard.


It makes it all the worse when the demo sucks in the first place. I'm talking to you Turok.

I know! \r \r Like Top Spin 2. Once you finish a match you gotta sit through the movie. You just can't hit restart match. Other games don't even have a quit button.

Hey Clem, where did you find the Turok demo? I know that it was released yesterday, but not in NA. Stupid Gamestop and their exclusive deal.

The Turok demo is on the new OXM disc.

That's when I enjoy 'guide button + Y' functionality. I never did figure out how to exit Blue Dragon properly.

Excellent. I haven't received my new OXM yet. I watched a French video from the demo and it looked good. What did you not like about it?\r \r As for the topic, I ran into the same problem last night. I was checking out the Scene It demo waiting on a CoD4 invite, got the invite, but just missed getting to the room in time since it took forever to escape the stupid demo.
