Int'l Motorcycle Show 2011-Rosemont, IL

Went to the Int'l. Motorcycle Show in Rosemont today. Got my pic taken by the dealer (I have the beard) along with my son's (Exodio) father-in-law and one of the dealership's employees. She's the pretty one!

Further word

Saw the surgeon today and he is optimistic. Doesn't know the full extent of what will be needed until he operates. Could be arthroscopically or with a larger incision (but still only about 6-8") and could even mean removing the lobe of the lung. It is right by the major arteries and veins between the heart and lungs. Can't even tell if the tumor is in the lung or just outside.

Alleluia!

Alleluia! After sending an e-mail to my doc to have the CT folks reevaluate with correlation with the iodine scan, they have FOUND the puppy! It turns out it was kinda hiding but has now been seen on the latest CT, the PET/CT from 8/12/2010, the CT from 6/18/2010, and the 6/8/2010 MRI (though the last two were very faint). I can now schedule the surgery!!!!

Why I sometimes drop out of sight.

Like many of the members of this forum, I too have problems. Not as great as some but I sometimes can't deal with mine as well as I should. At these times I will go into hibernation and just don't want to deal with others. I'm taking this opportunity to explain why even though I am NOT seeking sympathy or help, just understanding.
