So as some of you may already now I will be participating in Movember with some friends and family. 

So with some health issues hitting the family and some drama as well, I have decided to make some chnages for the better. I am focusing on myself, my wife and my kids and making sure I am around for the long term.

I have started watching what i eat and started walking around 4km a day. I mainly walk on my lunch hour at work. It is a great way to get away from the my PC and SQL for a bit. Before I started doing this I would mainly just stay and work through my lunches. Taking the walk is not only good for me but also helps to break up the day. 

Here are the stats so far:

I recently picked up a Turtle Beach X11 headset to replace the original headset that game with my 360. I went with the turtle beach over the standard headset because they pump the game audio through the headset as well. This allows me to play late at night without worry for waking the kiddies or wife (not sure which is worse to wake up lol). Set up is pretty straight forward if you are using the standard AV cables or even the component cables. If you are on a 360 slim and running HDMI it is a lot harder to connect the game audio to the headset without buying another adaptor from MS.

Well it has been a long time since I visited 2o2p. It was actually the podcasts that brought me back. Work gave me an iPhone 4 (only apple product I have ever had) and when I was browsing the podcasts I came across 2 old 2 type. I have been loving the shows and it was made me want to be a part of the community......also....i broke the 30 barrier and I dont think any other gaming community will have me now lol.

Look my up on XBL. My GT is CanadianBacon13 and right now I am shoulder deep into Brink and despite what a mojority of the reviews say, I am loving it.
