You leave a cat on your deck when you go to work....They will find a way to get in the house.

Just saying.

We have 2 sliding door screens, one in the kitchen and one in the basement, that were both thrashed like that by our cats. We don't leave the doors open while we're out, so they just happened to do the thrashing while we were elsewhere in the house... Good times... :)

They do have pet proof screening, get a roll at Home Depot, takes about 10 mins. to install. Our cats destroyed the last one, but haven't dented the pet proof one in over 2 years.
