A few months back I blogged my contempt for this company, and this morning I come before you to do the same. For the rates they charge, this is inexcusable. I really don't care what happened this time, because the fact is in the 10 months I've lived at this address we have had probably a dozen outages. Unacceptable. They have ranged from a few minutes to half the night.
Fortunately my cell and Zune were charged, so I called my son and had him call me when he got up in case my alarm clock was still down (which he did, wtg m'man!) and then jammed tunes for the next 3 hours til power came on.
Meh. Ok, rant over. Gotta get ready for work.
