Shared on Fri, 06/08/2007 - 07:59I just wanted to thank some 2old2play folks for some good times and great gaming last night. Really, over the last two nights. Since finding out the diagnosis with Megan, gaming has taken a back seat for a few days. But, I knew I needed to try and do something to help keep my mind off of some of the negative things going on at home. So, Wednesday night, I played some COD3 with BoatmanX and had a great time doing some Team Battle on the new maps. Thanks, Boat. And last night, I dove back into the beta with some OMM and others (Tait, JRock, Dawnfades, Lonewolf, CannibasMessiah, Q, TSA DeadMeat, webmonkee, devast8r, Daggger, Wheezin Minion, netw3rk, SupaB, StrikeZ and SneakyCMD) and did some custom games, that ended up destroying everyone's connection. After that, I hopped in with some fellow WG (Kevtek, PnB, Hoplite, FivebyFive-the assist king and Puzzled) and we pwned some n00bs in BTB Training. Thank you all for helping me temporarily forget my woes and for helping me enjoy gaming again. Even if it was but for just a moment.
