Good games to the Leftovers and congrats to my Unofficial mates on the win last night.  Lots of fun. 

After finishing off the matches last night I was going to call it quits and finish up packing for this weekend.  But, as I got out of my gaming chair to shut things down, the wifey walks in and tells me to keep playing.  She had packed for me and had to finish her packing and get a shower.  Sweet!  That meant a minimum of an hour more of uninterrupted gaming time.

If anyone out there has a job that meets these four criteria, please post up a comment.  I am very much beginning to believe jobs that meet these requirements no longer exist.

So I'm taking a break from the countdown today.  It is day 16.  Blah, blah, blah.  When I first started counting the days down in this blog, I truly thought it would help make the time go by faster as well as give me clarity on everything that needed to be done.  Well it hasn't and has.  The wifey has the lockdown on stuff to get done.  No need for me to worry about that.  And as far as time going by faster, I don't think anything is going to do that.  So I am trashing the countdown, at least until the last week.

CUHRAP!!!!  $323.49!  Yep.  That was our total at Wal Mart Friday.  Unbelievable.  That finished us up getting everything we will need for the trip.  So Saturday the wifey decides we need to pack everything into our backpacks and see how it fits and how heavy they are, etc.  My initial thought was that it was a little early to be doing that.  But she proceeded to remind me that we only have one more weekend at home before the trip and that my work schedule during the week for the next couple of weeks is a little crazy.  So actually, it wasn't really a bad idea.  I just didn't want to mess with
