Issues entering post with Kindle Fire

i was viewing the site while giving my daughter a bath, checking out how it looked on my Kindle Fire.  It looks AWESOME BTW.  Fast too.  The problem is I tried to reply to a post and I can't activate the keyboard in the browser.

Its Android OS.  So, if I click in the search box at the top, it triggers the alpha keyboard to pop up on the screen.  In the actual post area though I can tap and click to my hearts content but the browser doesn't see it as an input area.  If I try to fool it and click the search box then scroll down, as soon as I tap the area to type a post, the keyboard retracts.

Basically I can read the site but there is no way to post.

Not sure if any other tablet users experience this too? iOS? Regular Android?  I know the Kindle is a special version of Android but I thought I would bring it up.

Yeah.  It didn't help.  It has something to do with the way the comment window is coded.  It is probably a limitation of the Fire, but I would love to hear from someone with a regular native Android tablet and see if they have the same problem.

Nevermind. I will just go to Blue's house and use his Kindle if I want to access the site.

Walla, I am posting this from my fire. Disable rich text, then touch the comment box.

from my phone (android 2.1), there are times where i have to disable rich text, enable rich text, then disable it again. then it works.

it seems as though you can't post unless you can see the html tags in the post you are quoting. (if you aren't quoting, then you just can't tell)

as a side note, i posted from my phone earlier today and there was no option to disable rich text. the post worked fine.
