just plain sick of wandering

I was off work today. why? because if I heard the word "ma'Baby-Daddy" come out of the mouth of the woman in the cubicle next to me one more time I was going to take her, her 4 kids and the 15 guys she has convinced that they are her kids father out back and smother them with a dictionary...

Second, for the (I lost count how many times) our big boss has decided to hold a press conference to tell the media (who already doesn't like us) that we (his workers) are slackers, who are over paid and over appreciated.....and at the same time gave himself and his top managers awards for being so awesome...and to pay for this awards ceremony, and the several mil he gave to another campaign contributor, he is eliminating the October raise making it a full 4 years that he canceled raises and gave himself an award for doing it. (by the time I retire, each of those raises would have accounted for $135,000 in earnings)

put it all together and I think  I've decided that;

1. this is not a nice place to work.

2. I don't want to go to work tomorrow either

3. every time I do something for this organization, I am validating the negative reinforcement the big boss thinks works so well

4. I don't want to do this anymore.....

so what does #4 mean?  it means my wife and I are trying to figure out what it is that we are meant to do for the rest of our lives.....sadly, ecentric billionair is not something we qualify for (at least not the billionair part)

I mean come on, I am a trained Forensic Accountant, Contract Negotiator, and Fraud Investigator with a degree from an awesome school....but tomorrow I will continue to baby-sit contracts with boilerplate legal language that has no concern for tautology because I have the drive, I have the knowladge and ability, I just don't have a direction.
