Man my wife and I have been looking and now are in the prosses of the whole loan/mortgage bit and man is it a pain. Fun, exciting and painful all at once. too much paper work and at the sam etime dealing with a collage that is trying to charge me for classes that I not only didn't take but wasn't enrolled but working a full-time and part-time job. I really cannot stand when collages do that. O well enough of that back to the paper work for the house.
