Update

Had an interview for a promotion but haven’t heard the results yet

 

Apparently my father thinks that I’m no more than a retarded monkey because with my 28th birthday just around the corner and still insist on telling the world because I still play videogames.

 

We FINALLY have our confirmation for the Cruise….but we never received our paper copy of the confirmation. Apparently that was lost when our travel agent suddenly died last week (which explains why he hasn’t been returning our calls).

 

I bought 2 broken Xbox 360s for some projects my wife and I are working on(with plans to buy many more.)….she wants to gut them for parts for her side business, I want to do something creative with the case…but after 3 weeks, the guy has yet to ship them, has yet to respond to my messages….yup, someone is getting a bad rating and a nasty-gram from Half.com.

 

I raided a bargain bin for some game deals….and ended up with a copy of DJ Hero with turntable for $40….yeah, I have to admit, it is FUN but it takes a ton of energy out of you on the harder difficulties.

 

On another note, I am working on an idea that could be fun, I saw that 4 rotor, toy helicopter that people were playing with at CES, and though, hmm, I can build one of those….maybe not controllable from your iPhone, but still pretty good…I have an idea sketched out, parts list (mostly stuff I already have) control mechanisms….actually the only thing I can’t quite figure out is how I can power the darn thing without weighing it down too much....and how to convince my wife to let me build it.

 

 

Aside from making a massive push to hit 100k gamer score(now at 88,360), that’s my week in a nutshell.
