Microsoft customer service sucks! That's right I said it. Got the RRoD in Sept, received the console back in Oct anf MS said they'd extend Xbox Live Gold for one month. I get an email last week telling me it's up Feb 18th instead of March 18th. 4 emails from them apoligizing about the console not currently working, problems with console or "we can't help". On the phone and 30 minutes later between talking to Jasper, Onaabi and Beesheeshaanawahabenni they tell me it's my fault that I didn't redeem "the token" that was sent back with the packaging (I don't remember this, just an email stating it was extended). Supposedly they will send out another "token" and I'm suppose to call back in 5 days, which I told them I won't be doing. I have 3 other stories that I won't bore anyone with, but the thing that burns me most is the Kafka/Twilight Zone these people reside in. Obviously they are of no help to anyone and their grasp of reality is tenuous and cost is a factor, but doesn't anyone at MS realize that they-don't-do-anything! *One Month*.....that's all I asked for. I know I went over this in a previous blog so I will now cease and desist.

I have gotten 1 month cards in all three of the consoles that I've had repaired. NG

Yeah, I got a card that I had to scratch off and put the numbers in the machine like a points card.
