A long shot.

I know the odds of meeting up with a long lost friend through a website is a long shot, but heck I might as well try anyway....they were gamers....and are over 25...so....

This is going back to the days where I was playing Ultima online for 14-18 hours a day...long before I was Automan21k....I was only known as Neil.....I had quit and rejoined the game several times, every time meeting up with some new people, the first time around I ended up in a guild that was run by a husband and wife, King of Shiba, and Queen of Shiba...and I ran with a guy who simply called himself William. I don't think there was a single day that we didn't get into some kind of trouble....normally with an ancient Wyrm or dragons....or a few Poison Elementals...we always had second hand armor but always ended up killing ....something....even if it was sitting in the Dungoen Shame and camping Earth elementals...so William from Seattle...if you're here (most likely playing World of Warcraft....shoot me a line.

The next group is a pair of lovely ladies from the last time I was addicted to UO....I ended up joining the Spawns of Rain when I simply said thank you their leader for healing me as I sat at the bank after a hard battle. Their leader was CandyRain from Virgina...(I think it was VA), her whole family played the game, and I ended up spending most of my time hunting Dragons or kappys, or the occasional, ancient wyrm with her daughter known in the game as Stephani....or by her other character Diabla....they called us the twin tamers because we would set out to tame something and would normally end up with 7 or 8 of them after we were done selling them to other players...or die 20-30 times it could go either way.

I always enjoyed making friends in UO and the other games I played, but you don't seem to have that sort of companionship on Live that you got from those games...now, that's not to say that I don't have good friends here, but to imurse yourself in one game, and build a friendship on everthing that happenes there felt different than seeing their name online and deciding to join them in a game or not....now I know I cannot play a game like WoW and expect to stay married...and I won't be joining UO again...ever....for the same reason...so I will be sticking with Xbox Live and all of my clanmates, and simply leave this message for any of the old gang...who knows, maybe they are already members here....or someone here may recognize them and let them know that I'm here.....
