game or box?

I luv gaming.  I could play games all the time.  BUT!!!!  The xbox 360 is not my favorite platform.  Why?  dunno.....  I am no good at shooter games, and can't really get interested in them.  But, I now have Fable II.  Nice.  Cute little game, and easy enough to keep my attention.....  So, this is my problem.  The box is acting up!  And I don't even use it that much.  Oh, wait, there's the gsons.  Yeh, they have played on it a lot.  Well, I can play arcade games.  I can mess around with the cute new avatars.  Y'all are soooooo, um, sweet!  Like sugar...  Cute, too.  Anyways, when I try to play Fable, the box freezes up on me.  No other time.  Dilemma....is it the box?  or the game?  I am waiting for the red ring of death to appear.  I told hubby about the RROD and the xbox coffin, and he stared at me like I was absolutely nuts.  Oh, and sometimes I can get the game to work if I "warm up" the box by playing arcade games first.  But, that doesn't always work.  Sigh. 

Thanksgiving is Thursday!  I was having 10, then one declined, then 3 more, so it is just me, hubby, and the kids.  Kids being daughter, son-in-law, and gsons.  Now I don't have to put the leaf in the table.  I did run out and get more dishes and glasses, but I was due to do that, anyways.  I have to work Mon-Wed, so I asked for help from baby girl to bring some dishes.  Yes!  Nice....  I still have to get up at the crack of dawn and start baking and whatnot.  Dinner at 5:00.  All are welcome!  Less leftovers if there are more people eating. 

Still thinking about running away from home again, better known as Penni's Road Trip.  It will likely be sometime in the spring, and I have no idea where I am going yet.  Any ideas???
