LAN Apologies

Ok...  it's been brought to my attention...  and I was somewhat aware of it already, but I've been informed that I was pretty withdrawn this entire LAN weeknd.

Yeah.  I know.  My apologies.

The LAN weekend didn't really start out good for me.  I was up all night Wednesday night with a sick daughter, so come Thursday evening, I was totally exhausted, and I missed Wisest Wizard, the beer can stripper pole, and all the other shenanigans that went on.  I went to my hotel room to make a call to the family at home and I laid down on the bed while I was talking to them.  Once I hung up, I crashed.  Hard.

Come Friday, I found out the wife was now sick, and pretty much got dragged into a funk because of it.

I'm normally an introverted person, and going into a funk really makes me withdraw into myself.

So, as such, I was pretty much aloof and asocial for the entire weekend.

For that, I apologize if I was abrupt with anyone or just plain anti-social.

Normally, when I drink, I'm a fairly social and laid back person, but the alcohol seemed to just make my mood worse.

Blech.

I didn't take any pictures, and I didn't meet everyone that I wanted to and should have met.  These are stupid moves that I'm going to regret until at least this next LAN.  Maybe not regret as much as Drost's regret of missing the FFA finals by ONE kill.  But I'll regret it none-the-less.

Anyways, I did have fun for the most part, and my apologies again to anyone hit by flying debris from my controller when it desintigrated during the FFA.  Oh, and to anyone offended my by liberal, and loud use of "FUCK!!!" during aforementioned FFA.  Felt like I was back in my early days of H2.  LOL.
