Shared on Fri, 05/02/2008 - 12:04Sorry for the double-top-7-posting but this might be information someone really could use. I got a response back from Rockstar about the social club and my problem (see 2 blogs down for more info)
Apparently the site info is stored in a flash cookie--not in a normal windows cookie. They told me to right-click on the site, then pick 'settings', hit the folder icon. It pops up a slider that asks 'how much info can rockstar store?'. If you set that slider to 'none' it clears the flash cookie and you can login right as rain. Also might be helpful if you just don't want rockstar saving any info.
Now I just wish I hadn't lost the last couple days of stats, but I am sure I'll be building up more as time goes on.
OK commence with the down-thumbing.
