Shared on Wed, 03/12/2008 - 21:17I hit my first weight loss goal today! I am under 200lbs! Over 26lbs lost between 9-Feb and today. Just 7lbs since 5-Mar. Hmm, 7lbs loss in one week. OoooKay.
I got tired of trying to use the el-cheapo cycle computer that I bought with my bike, so I went out and bought a Polar cs250cad. Not cheap, but it has tons of features that will come in handy to gauge my cycling progress. Well, once I get it setup correctly.
I know it wasn't setup well for the ride this morning when I read off the end ride stats and I was only out of my target heart rate for 25 seconds. I would guess those 25 seconds were wheeling the bike out of the condo and waiting for a car to pass. Because once I jumped on the bike and took a couple turns on the pedals the monitor jumped from 95 to 126 and I guess I was in the zone for the entire trip (17.9 mi / 95 minutes).
Well, thought I'd drop that on y'all. Now I've got to plan to lose the next 20lbs...
