Coffin Conundrum

12/21/07 - 1st Call

12/28/07 - 2nd Call

01/03/08 - 3rd Call

01/11/08 - 4th Call

01/18/08 - 5th Call

Guess what?  STILL NO COFFIN to ship my broken Elite back for repairs.

During call #3, I was promised that someone would call me in 24-48 hours.  No call.

During call #4, I was told that someone would call in 3-5 days.  No call.

Now, during call #5, after I had been on hold for over an hour, I'm told that the "Supervisor" who "owns" my account, will be calling in 24-48 hours.

I'm not holding my breath.  The only positive thing to come out of this call, was that I have the "Supervisor's" name.  If he even exists!

If I don't hear from someone by Wednesday of next week, I'm going to start calling them on a daily basis, hell, maybe even an hourly basis.

Desperately searching around the net for Xbox or Microshaft Executive Customer Service phone numbers.

Your showing a lot more patience than I would. I would have started harassing the call center with daily/hourly calls after the third call. There is absolutely no reason why someone with a top of the line system should be kept waiting for a box. Heck, at this stage they should ship you a replacement in the coffin box. Just remember, don't try to scare them by mentioning lawyers or lawsuit. It will just get your account flagged and the box won't get fixed until you admit the bluff or start a suit.

never seen anyone with so many issues with CS as you.. bad karma? pinching sleeping babies? :P you could always do what I did.. pack it up yourself and ship it.. did it with my first one that went back, I paid for it to go, MS paid for it to come back and they refunded (basically) with 2 free months of XBL

I would demand some type of componsation for this shit! Ask for a free game, or another wireless controller, or something along those lines!
