I'm pissed.

I called back on Friday 12/21 to request a coffin for my Elite. "Oh, this is your third repair?" Yes.... "Well then, I'll make sure that the box is shipped out next-day air and the repaired box shipped back to you next day air." Sweet!

I get home on Wednesday 12/26. No coffin.

Ok, I think to myself... probably just a delay because of the holiday.

Thursday. No Coffin.

Friday. No Coffin.

So I call them today, and they show that the box hasn't even left the repair facility yet. WTF!?!?!?

And of course, I get a CS rep located in another country... I'm sorry, but since your repair request is already being handled by a supervisor who is a level over my supervisor, I can't do anything for you.

Please give that supervisor 24-48 hours to call you back, and then expect the box to take another 3-5 business days after that.

GRRRRRRRR... What a crock of shit bullshit.

Fuck you Microshaft.

In store warrantys rock! I never leave without one... You have to give M$ credit though. They are at least doing something about it by repairing it for free. That is a hell of alot more than what Sony did with it's PS2; which was nothing at all... I hope that comes soon for you Soup!

Sounds like typical MS nonsense, Soup.... "We'll send you a box next-day air"... "We lost the request and had to redo it"... "The box must have gotten lost in shipping"... "Who are you? Hmm, we can't find a record in our database..." "Oh, we're sorry, that model is discontinued"... "Thank you, come again!"

Yeah they suck. It took me three calls and over 2 hours total to get them to replace my headset.

Yeah, they can kiss my ass too. They refused to reimburse me for some content I purchased...and I just wanted to re-purchase the same content. The reason they gave me was because I "upgraded" from a 360 Pro to a 360 Elite. What a crock of shit...

Only took them a week to send the first coffin.... without a UPS packing sticker. Now waiting two weeks for the second maybe with the packing slip this time.

the saddest thing about all this though, the ps3 cannot capitolize on any of it. the wii is gaining headway that is more valuable to sony then it is m$. good luck with the new one man.
