What a bummer

I still have time left on my 48 hour pass with Xbox Live.  Unfortunately, I'm downed by a bad cold.  There is sooo much pressure behind my eyes I don't think I can track anything on screen.  So, I don't think I will be able to finish my time today.  On the bright side, I have been given a glimpse into the world that is MM Halo2 and I appreciate all the help from the 2o2p members.  I realize that I am going to have to finish this semester before getting a subscription to XBL.  Besides, the boys may be living with us then and I'll have more time to play.  I also know that I will join a clan before venturing out again.  I have much to learn and we've only scratched the surface.  I still have a 48 hour pass and there have been others offering to give me theirs.  I will take you up on that offer on a weekend where I don't have papers and exams looming in the future (like this weekend).  Yes, I have an exam on Friday and I have a paper to write for the other class and both will take time.

I will continue to play single player, since I can come and go as I am able.  I also think that the more I play SP in Halo2 and CoD3, the more prepared I will be when I venture online again.  Believe me, I am looking forward to that.  I now have maps to think about and my own playing strategy so I don't get killed every 5 seconds after respawning.
