A day off???

Somehow I managed to finally work a way to get a few days off.

Unfortunately that plan went to hell in a dumptruck in about 2 hours, so now I have tomorrow off.  Then I have no idea.

I can carry over approximately 120hours of PL time into the next year, problem being I have about 145 left to use up in the next week and I see no possible way of doing it.  I am going to have to take a few hours here and there, a day here and there..blah blah bullshit.

I did manage to sneak out and do some Xmas shopping tonight.  My niece and nephew are both getting PSP's this year from their mom (my sister duh) so I picked them both up copies of Lego Star Wars II, I got Marvel Ultimate Alliance for my nephew and Sims Pets for my niece.   Me and my fiance are going to be picking up a game boy advanced for my soon-to be stepson.  For some reason he declined on the DS, so it looks like I can save a few bucks there.  I picked up  a few games for him, Pac-man Pinball, Pokeman firered and some Spongebob game, I thought they were good choices for a 8year old.

For my fiance, I bought her HP photosmart pringer with the built in standard printer and scanner.  She asked for something like it over the summer and amazingly I remembered.  Luckily it is electronic so I had no difficulty picking one out.  Sadly, she also wants Xmas socks, you know the kinds with reindeer and wreaths and stuff like that.  I am soooo looking forward to going to Target to pick that up. 

As far as gaming goes, I have enjoyed playing with my 2old4tactics RB6 ladder team, I still suck at it, but I am getting better I guess, and worse comes to worse I make a excellent distraction and human meatshield combo.

I want to say as far as Hackubergeeks blog post, I was impressed, he manged to imbed a image and type all in one post.  More than I can do, I usually type these thigns out at work and I have no images on that PC to use for there.  And to be completely honest, I just don't care...sad as it is, I am embracing this new honest thing.
