Shared on Wed, 09/27/2006 - 14:58So it occurred to me today that last week, a CompUSA rep told me my laptop would arrive in a week. He also said that I'd receive an email with the tracking number once it shipped. So far, I've received jack in my inbox. I called them again today to say "WTF?" The rep told me that HP has pushed my laptop's shipping date to October 3rd. It's not even shipping for 3 weeks after I ordered it, which is ridiculous. But what bothers me more is that if I hadn't called, I would've received absolutely no information on my order's status. They don't send out emails whenever an order is delayed?
