Wasn't sure if I was gonna be here or not. After that show Friday night I wasn't sure if I was gonna go join a Dom school or something. Because I definitely feel like im in the wrong line of work now. Sitting here infront of this computer screen, making letterheads, business cards and art prints...I feel very unfullfilled.

Anyway. Back to the old grindstone. Perhaps some opportunities will present themselves at Dragon*con. Need to get some bus cards printed.

As for the weight situation, even though I haven't been able to keep to the diet I think I've still been dropping bulk. Not alot, but I've noticed a small difference. My pants are getting baggy and I have to wear a belt with almost all my pants now. And the belt fits easier too. Hopefully I will see more results once I get my workout fit into the routine indefinitely. Stuff keeps jumping in the way of that.

FOOD:
8:50 AM - banana
11:50 AM - granola bar
2:50 PM - granola bar
5:50 PM - dinner (country boil - shrimp, beef sausage, corn & potatoes)
8:50 PM - popcorn

And lots & lots of water.

WORKOUT:
20 minutes of DDR

im dieting to buddy, i used to be 190, jumped to 268 whoaaaaaaaa, at 6'1 now im down to 242. i eat a small bowl of ceral or a granola bar for breakfeast, with water, lunch is usually a simple sandwhich with water, then steak or chicken for dinner, with water. lately i have been on chicken salad like crack. plus i walk when i get home, then walk the dog and its been working. keep it up it will pay off
