I would love to blame the tardiness of this article on my birthday being this weekend and me getting completely blitzed and forgetting, but I can’t. Not because I am taking the high road but, sadly, because I didn’t get drunk...not even a good buzz. I was having fun working on my RC car and doing a little homework.
So yeah I suck but hey this week marks the first week of fall, which means we may see the conclusion of the Summer doldrums soon! Take this week for example: there are two main titles dropping this week, but If you have no interest in Disney, Marvel, or Soccer just stop reading now. That is unless you are infatuated with Japanese anime school girls or a WiiU owner then just skip past the first two.

If you own a console then Disney Infinity: Marvel Super Heroes is coming your way! So this is a whole new game with all new Marvel characters that Disney owns and is milking the absolute shit out of. If you are not familiar with Disney Infinity, think Skylanders mixed with Minecraft in a way. You have the Disney (and now Marvel) characters in plastic toy form to place on a base and bring into the game. Once in, you can play the game or use them to build your own world. My kids had more fun collecting the figurines than playing the original game. We’ll watch and see how the superhero version does.

The Wii U got Disney, the 3DS got footy. I think that is back-asswards but at least every other freaking console has it too. If you are an obsessed fan of “the beautiful game” or just not of North American descent then EA has released the game for you. FIFA 2015 brings soccer to the masses in HD animated glory for those with machines that can handle it.

Arcana Heart 3: LOVEMAX!!!!! Yeah...anything with “love” in the title and that many exclamation marks makes me nervous. If you are familiar with Arcana Heart then you already know that is is a Japanese Anime School Girl 2D fighting game. As a 44 year old male I would feel dirty playing this game in public. Might be different if i was playing in the comfort of my own bathroom...I mean bedroom...I mean living room...sigh...that was probably oversharing.
