In case you didn't know, we like ShadowRun. In fact we like it enough that we are giving away a copy for the Xbox 360. So if you're a 2old2play member and over 25, read up.
Why are we doing this?
In the coming months, 2old2play will be launching its Senior Citizen Card for all members who have donated monthly to keep the site on line. The SCC will be a way for those members to continue their support while receiving added features, themes, site beta tests, and of course give-a-ways. The more people that sign up, the bigger the prizes.
To kick that off, we want to send out some some gifts to our current members as well as add a new category to our news section entitled contests. We are going to try and have these as much as we can through out the year for all SCC members and site supporters. It's just another way that we can say thank you for your support.
Why Shadow Run?
ShadowRun seems to be one of those games that many of us are on the fence about. I personally fell in love with the game back at E3 and enjoy playing it now. Without getting into to much personal opinion, I think you might enjoy it too. Just make sure you give it more then a 4 hour playtime before you go closing up that box. Oh and read a member review while you're at it!
What Are the Rules?
The rules are simple. You first will have to be an active 2old2play member and over the age of 25 (duh). We say active because people who just sign up for the site to win will not be counted in the contest. You must have been a member since 1/1/2007 in order to qualify. So don't bother signing up today in order to enter.
The contest will run for exactly one week from today and will take into account your Xbox Live Gamer Score, Site Points, and Forum Post Count. In order to avoid cheating, I wont say which are weighted more, but I will be checking points and posts for any members that decide to play so please, no post whoring. As you know, the best way to earn site points is entering quality news, review, and editorials to the site. Getting gamer points should be second nature to you all.
How Do I Enter?
Head on over to the off topic forum via this link or look for the sticky thread entitled Shadow Run Give-a-way. To enter, simply reply to this thread that you want to enter. Any thread jacks or off topic responses will be deleted, so just let us know that you want in.
What do i Win?
