WalMart is, currently, in stock supplying Wii products for the low low price of six hundred bucks and giving you, what they call, The Customer's Choice options.
Customer's choice? How, about a game selection where you allow me to choose Zelda as a game option? Or maybe an additional WiiMote for the "family" console?
It seems WalMart wants to make additional cash by forcing upon the customer a selection of games that probably aren't going to sell well. A few should be hit games, but the launch titles are in good number and it may be impossible to force all kids titles and "so so" titles upon us.
Red Steel is one of the selections, but received an "only average" review by many game sites (take that as you will). WalMart would be more customer friendly if they offered accessories in their selection lineup and perhaps only forced four titles on us instead of eight.
This "customers choice" option would best be named "marketers choice" since it's obvious who's choosing the package. It will sell out, no doubt.
