Still Alive

Ouch, sorry to hear this. As a chronic sufferer of kidney stones myself (7 episodes in past 6 years), I can sympathize on just how increadibly and mindnumbingly painful it is. I'm actually going in for a KUB today as followup to a lithotripsy I had done in Jan to take care of a stone, so keeping my fingers crossed its truly gone. \r \r But...knowing my luck, there'll be a new one forming up. :/\r \r Keep pushing the water. That's the only thing that over the years has been consistant advice to keep them from forming.

I've been lucky and have only had one. Hopefully if I back off the soda and whatnot there will be no more.\r \r But I hope you're feeling better, drink alot of water. \r \r

My last encounter with these bad stones was one of my most painfull ever....that was 2 years ago. Water has been mysavior thats for sure. \r \r Ultra sound smashed them buggers for me and the shards of glass eventually passed....I'm hurting again just thinking about it. Best of luck to ya and lets hope you can keep them away for awaile.

WHY ARE YOU MEAN?!?\r \r Everyone tells me NOT to buy a lot of newborn-sized stuff because they grow out of it in like a week. \r \r You probably had little babies since they were twins??

I would tell you to stock up on baby wipes and assorted diaper sizes .... congrats to you both for keeping a healthy sea-creature for so long :) ... keep it going ...

Have a small thing of newborn dipes on hand, but don't bother with a big box unless you are early. You can usually talk the nurses at the hospital into letting you take a few of their newborn packs home - we still have newborn sized dipes from when my daughter was born a year ago ;-)\r \r And yeah, she wore then for like 2 weeks, at most.

Too bad about the octupus. In this weather a cold- grilled octopus salad with a citrus vinaigrette and some fresh oregano is a perfect heat beater. \r \r Sorry you are sweating for two. Keep on gestatin'. The finish line is in sight.

Good luck. I'm in my 9th month and have been having heat issues since May, I feel your pain. Home on bedrest since last week and being monitored and have about 2 1/2 weeks to go til my due date. I was told when I registered at babies r us buy newborn size but just one pack since they get out of them n a week or two usually. Can always buy more if you need them.

well the twins were over 6 lbs each. So not tiny by any means.\r \r I am not saying buy 3000 packages of newborn diapers.\r \r but do not get home without any newborn diapers on hand.\r \r You will not need to buy newborn clothes and crap. That shit will not last long at all.

T- after baby is born, pack up everything in that hospital room...diapers, wipes... once a diaper package is opened it becomes yours. \r \r Congats. on the octi-and baby :-)\r \r still waiting for prego pics!

I made the mistake of coming to washington state for the summer, it's like record cold here. I got up this morning and it was like 50 degrees, may days we struggle to get above 60. meanwhile the entire mid and east of the country is breaking heat records. retarded.
