Spooky is back in my hands!!!

Well that mess is complete and I can move on to spending my frre time doing other things than worring about getting my gamertag back. Interesting conclusion to the story though reading the last email I recieved after what happened to my "Spooky" GT during all this.

Email from Xbox Rep:

Someone set up a fake account to try and get away with it. The account had only been active less than a month. It was not only "one" of our security guys it was the director of Xbox Live policy and Enformcement here at Microsoft.

People are constantly trying to get ahold of his accounts and make accounts in his name pretending to be him.

I would suggest making sure you have some strong information for passwords and secret questions as you have a "very" unique gamertag.

So I am assuming he meant Stephen Toulouse (Stepto)....interesting.

Just glad this is over, for compensation I got a 3 month gold extension, that doesn't work on a family account (which i have) and 4000 MS points. Not exactly a treasure chest full but it never was really about the points, money or anything. I just wanted my tag/account back and for xbox to straighten their shit up!

I'm ready for some Gears and Beers!!!
