Good luck. Walshy, Tsquared, and Rippinheads never did get their \"gamertags\" back through microsoft. Best to just ask that the account be locked, the 1600 refunded, and a new account with the remainder of your live subscription be created.

Holy crap dude! I thought you had gotten this issue resolved right away. What is microsoft doing up there in that shining palace in the sky. I guess from that high up they cant see us scurrying around, working our asses off to feed them.\r \r U have patience i give ya that. I had comparably a minor hiccup with my account and I can't say for sure whether I will be renewing it when the time is up. Not with the other free alternatives. Something you pay for should provide a little more stability and attention, especially when they like to save a persons cc info. \r \r best of luck dude!
