Finally, Some Good News

 I sent a letter last night outlining all the issues, names of people, lies I have been told about my account status to the board of directors for Microsoft. I found the email address on the stock holders website so figured what the hell.

Around 2pm today I get an email stating the following:

Ken,

I have received your email to the executives here at Microsoft.

I will begin researching your issue to see if we can understand what is occuring.

You state that the original Gamertag that was "spooky" and that it was changed to what it currently is now.

Our fraud investigation team did investigate your account and I am showing that on 6/3/11 that an email advising that they found no evidence of Unauthorized acces was sent to the email that was provided juliavictoria.xo@hotmail.com. This was the contact email that was provided when the unauthorzed access claim was set up.

Is there any additional information that you can provide.

So I call the number and basiclly say WTF!!!  The rep was actually very realisic and informed me that my Spooky account now belonged to the head of security or something, but he said he had already emailed him to find out the deal was.

A couple hours later I get another email stating this:

Ken,

Good news! We have restored the gamertag to Spooky!

We currently have the account locked and want to keep it that way for 24 hours to make sure that everything is set and takes in the system correctly.

So finally it looks like I have a resolution....About time!!!
