Might be used, but it's just what I needed!

So, amazingly enough, and without a signature, I was lucky enough to come home to a used 360 on my patio.

I went to reauthorize my content, but I could only stand to get through about half of the game content. Still have to do the videos, but that will be a piece of cake!

Downloaded BF1943, and did better playing it as a trial version than I did playing the full version.

I will not be recycling this coffin.

$108

One hundred and eight dollars. Well just ninety nine dollars plus tax if you are lucky like me.

That's how much Microsoft charges for USED XBOX 360s.

I called 1800 KISSMYASS, I mean 1800 4MY XBOX, and after verifying myself four times, asked if I have to re-download everything since they were sending me a different 360 instead of mine. The rocket surgeon says "No, you don't have to download anything again. Your achievements and gamerscore are all linked to your account."

Ad slogans

Just more ranting here, move along....

So, every night as I drive home I see a billboard with a dude with a 'rocket pack' zooming off. But it's not a 'rocket pack' it's two big canisters of Quaker Oats. Ok, that's cool.

Then there is the slogan. I want to know how I can get paid to come up with crap like - "Go humans go." Seriously, did they use some sort of word jumbling algorithm or what? Are aliens telling me to go somewhere? Where I am I supposed to go?

Bitches man, bitches...

I love that scene from Say Anything almost as much as I love 'two dollars' from Better Off Dead.

So, I was going to go to the graduation ceremony for my ex in mid December. Every time we talked about it, she said she wanted me to, as I had supported her more than her family did while she was going to school and even before she was going to school. She said she wasn't going to get the schedule from the university until mid October, so she didn't even know which campus it was going to be at, or the time, or anything. Just that it was going to be on December 13th.

I guess I did have the dough...

I picked up an Intel mini on eBay using the Live.com 25% back deal. Still have to wait a bit for the money, but I picked up a rather awesome nearly NOS 1.66 CD mini. Also picked up a T7400 2.16Ghz C2D CPU for it, as the 1.66 was having some problems with 5.1 sound and HD video clips. Most say that a 1.83GHz C2D works out, but 2.16 is a bit more future proof. What a nerve racking install that was! Spring loaded pins secure the CPU heat sink, rather than a clip, or screws. A clip would have been really nice! Of course you can't re-use the pins, so you use nylon 4-40 nuts and bolts.
