Batman model

I modeled this Batman a while back. I used Lightwave 8 to make the model and render. I also rigged it in lightwave for the posing. I came back to it the other day and did some adjustments on the lighting rig, and made a new render. So here it is. link is to larger image.

A new CG piece I'm working on

This is a new 3D render I'm working on. I modeled, and rendered it in a 3D software called Lightwave. I did some texturing in Photoshop. It took me about a month and a half to model and set up the surfaces and textures. Then, another couple of days to pose the models and set up the render. Feedback is welcome. "Cassini Tastes Organic Material at Saturn's Geyser Moon
March 26, 2008
PASADENA, Calif. -- NASA's Cassini spacecraft tasted and sampled a surprising organic brew erupting in geyser-like fashion from Saturn's moon Enceladus during a close flyby on March 12. Scientists are amazed that this tiny moon is so active, "hot" and brimming with water vapor and organic chemicals."

Turns out life isn't all that fragile

"Researchers have discovered an isolated, self-sustaining, bacterial community living under extreme conditions almost two miles deep beneath the surface in a South African gold mine. It is the first microbial community demonstrated to be exclusively dependent on geologically produced sulfur and hydrogen and one of the few ecosystems found on Earth that does not depend on energy from the Sun in any way.
