Parenting advise?

My son will be 2 in April. For about the last 3 weeks he has quit sleeping through the night. Wakes up between 2:30 and 4 to get up and play through out the house. Last night he went to bed about 9 and was so tired just rubbing his eyes as i layed him down. He fussed a bit but he normally does. woke up at 2:30 this AM and has been going since he normally take a 2-3 hour nap about mid-day. Any ideas on why he wont sleep through the night?

Start cutting back on the naptime. :) Mine still doesn't sleep through the night, but at least she has moved from bugging me to playing quietly in her room.

or it could be the opposite. Perhaps not enough of a nap during the day.\r \r Our 4 year old still naps for about 2 hours during the day but sleeps from 8pm to 8am. As do all 4 of our kids. We put them on a schedule right out of the chute.
