I switched it up today and adding in some extra movements on my workouts. I normally run 3 to 5 miles straight up at a 7:30 pace or faster. Today I broke up the run into 800 meter intervals with 20 burpees after each run. The goal was to do the combo as many times as possible in 30 minutes. I ended up with 5 which is a little slow in my opinion. Check out my blog, and follow along if you're interested. Findthewarrior.com

 Update to my personal blog. I took a minute to talk about proper running technique. 79 days until Tough Mudder Indiana and 114 more days until Spartan Sprint Indiana. I can't wait to get running. Anyone interested in running hit me up for some information about the race, and some discounts off registration.
