In my recent blog (look below), I talked about how I earned the power to fire people where I work.  Well, now I apparently also have the power to hire them as well!  We've been struggling the past few weeks trying to get another delivery driver.  The last one we had didn't quite work out, but I was able to interview the potential employee, and give the yay or nay on their approval!  Finally, we  put an ad in the paper and I had 4 bites on it today.  One lady was supposed to come in on Tuesday for an interview.  She calls me up again at 4pm (I leave at 4:30) and wants to know if she can come do
