@Tank - I've got the 706. \r \r @Midnighter - Mostly price - I wanted the extra size and if I were going to do the LED, I'd want the 240Hz and that's about a 2,000 price difference between the 55 inch 240Hz LED and 58 inch plasma. And, I've got the room darkening window treatments, so a plasma will work well in my space...

Oh nice. Yeah those blinds you have on the side window look like they block everything out. I have an HD Projector and I have the same issue with light leaking in. Now here is the real question. Why is COD in there and not Halo? lol
