Sound like a going out of business sale?  Not quite but close.

As some of you know I used to be a Senior Vice President for a telecom.  I worked my butt off to get promoted and deserved to be there.  However the company went bankrupt due to being owned by an idiot.  So I have had a hard time getting a job.  One of the biggest reasons is that I am competing with thousands of MBAs with hundreds of years of experience for those VP positions.  So I have decided to return to school to finish my degree and get my MBA (yeah, yeah, I moved up without a degree).  That being said I am in liquidation mode.  I just spent the last week cleaning my house 24/7.  My hand is now fused to my vacuum cleaner (makes it hard to get comfortable when trying to sleep).  I hate cleaning, especially detail cleaning.  If you want to see the handywork of me, my wife, and my in-laws then check out  this link for a virtual tour:

I am also selling my Jeep and am going through separation anxiety.  I love my Jeep but now need to move onto something more economical for a student driving a lot.

I guess I will have to play a lot of H2 for the next month until I get into school.  After that, it is all business. 

Does anyone want to buy a cupboard full of canned goods?

grim, Im in a similar boat. starting this fall, I too, will be going back to school. between rent, car payments, car insurance and everything else, its gonna be tough.but hang in there grim. itll all be worth it in the end. :D

Good Luck! I am already there...I do a mix of on campus and online classes (some classes are a hell of a lot better online)..Im still working on my undergrad degree though and it will be a year or so before I start working on my MBA....Let me know what level you are on and maybe I can help you out if you taking any of the classes I have already been through

Good for you Grim! It takes a bit of courage to head back to the campus. There is one perk, there will always be cute girls at school. Unless, youre not into that kind of thing! ;)
