think the tasing was a little much but otherwise the cop was well within his rights, the lady was a bitch the whole time

She kept trying to flee the scene. The cop was in a no-win situation. He had to arrest her after she refused to sign the ticket, but if he forced her to the ground to cuff her, he risks injuring her. Tasing was his best option. So what if she was an old lady. If I did that, as a 31 year-old-male, I would have got the exact same treatment, if not worse.
