I cannot help but agree with Tycho and Gabe's sentiment here.  I've encountered a few of these knife wielding witches.  I'm just trying to figure out how to do it myself!

In all seriousness, I think it detracts from the balance of the game and I hope it's something that IW adresses through a patch soon.  This kind of tactics aside, the game has not disappointed!
