I got the fifth anniversary edition for a treat for myself since I hadn't played it on 360.

Finshed a playthrough of 100% in about 46 hours.  Not too shabby.

Started Nier the other night on the PS3, scored the first few trophies - Combo x50 and x100, Sheep Whisperer.

I have only had time to play a few hours more since and have started gathering materials, which I am sure will take me a while to buff up my weapons.

Anyone else play this one?

Finished ME2 and got all the achievements!

I played as a soldier on my first normal playthrough - bringing my character from ME1 (Paragon) and it was fun to see the additional stuff brought into the game.

I started an engineer and biotic characters to get a feel for those classes and get the achievements with their powers.

During December, I played through Mass Effect 1 on the 360. I hadn't ever quite finished it on the PC though had completed 2/3 of the main quest worlds.

I enjoyed it then and bought it again for the 360 when I got ME2 for the 360 when they initially lowered the price.

After beating ME1 100%, I played through ME2 and again, enjoyed the story and the subplots a great deal.

I thought I could get through the "Insanity" setting and I might yet, but it is starting to drag.

The recruiting and loyalty missions aren't that bad.

I've decided to take a position in Georgia with an upstart practice just outside of Atlanta in the next three months.

This means we'll be living small-town living behind and all it's benefits and frustrations.

We've lived in rural South Carolina for six years and the reasons for moving are multiple, but most importantly for the happiness of my spouse and stability for my family.

Anyway, I'll be around, still enjoying "moderating" the RPG forum, though leaning heavily on Falelorn, as always.
