Strange , but I'm having a good day
Things are falling into place finaly. maybe even soon I'll be able to chat again
I'm even planing to stay home tomorow and play games.

I know I have not gamed or chatted a lot with my fellow clams, but I hope to change things in a couple weeks.

Work has really been taking a lot of my time. 12 hour shifts some days and still doing planning at home.

I understand that some feel that after taking an absence from chromies their performance is not at par with their rank, but since when did we care about rank?

Losing a lot can be frustrating, but taking on lower ranked players is more rewarding?

Do you need to bully some rookies to fell better?

Has most know, I've been pulling 12 hour shifts lately. Things should start to fall in place now. Started training the night shift on the new equipment ahead of schedule and that is going to help relive time for upgrades during the day.
But since I’m about 4 days behind schedule (production schedule) I've asked the employees on the new line, if they could work today (Saturday).
To my surprise most showed up. Don't understand, the supervisors have been complaining that can't get people to do overtime!!!

Concept is sort of...Imagine that Honda, Toyota, and GM decided to create an assembly/manufacturing line where they can send/combine all of their models down without any change overs and without any lead warning as per what models, qty and sequence  they need to be done.

Gone from 2 1/2 days to process an order to 2 1/2 hours.

Busy like crap.

Yes that is how much I had to put on the side walk in front of my drive way.

Had about 6” of ice.

I could not understand why!!! Every year I always get more ice there because the run off between the house comes along my fence.
