Shared on Wed, 03/04/2009 - 23:38I just wrapped up my Skype interview with Chris Dibari and will be posting the full taping very soon. As mentioned in my previous blog, Chris is the Principle Artist for the new Warriors Comic Book Series, a huge fan of the original film and an avid video game player. I would like to thank Chris for taking the time to speak with me and discuss his work on the Warriors comic books series and in support of The Warriors - Street Brawl game coming to Xbox Live this summer. He had alot of cool information on his work as well as some inside info regarding the ongoing lexicon of the Warriors, so be sure to check out the interview which will be posted here real soon.
In the meantime, Chris forwarded me some links to additional work that he has done. You can visit the Dabel Brothers forums at www.dabelbrothers.com/phpBB3/viewforum.php to keep up on the latest news about the Warriors Comic Series. Chris also works on commission pieces and has some of his original artwork available for purchase at www.cadencecomicart.com/dibari/dibari.html . Finally, here is a link to an exclusive interview with the writer of the series, David Atchison, over at MTV's Splash Page: splashpage.mtv.com/2009/01/26/exclusive-preview-the-warriors-1-comes-out-to-play-writer-david-atchinson-gives-us-the-scoop/
