Gears of War Issue # 6 Released

The last issue (#6) of the Gears of War Comic Series came out today. This storyline covers the time between the first and second game. I really enjoyed the books and the artwork was exceptional. My only complaint is that Mataki was not mentioned. She was my favorite character from Aspho Fields. I seriously hope that she makes an appearance in Gears 3. They definitely saved some of the best artwork for this last issue.

Barrack's Last Stand

So if you won or bought one of the sets of the Gears of War Comic Series from me earlier this year, be on the lookout for your comics in the mail soon. I still have 5 complete sets (Issue # 1 - 6, plus the GS LE Edition of Issue # 1) up for grabs. I bought these with my own $ so that my fellow 2o2p folks could have them. Each book cost me $4 so I am asking that people send me $35 for each set to cover the cost of the comics plus shipping. PM me if you want a set. First come first served.
