OK folks, we are closing in on the debut of the new website for our web-tv series Cooking in the Great Outdoors. As my Produer and cinematographer Jeremy "JPNor" Pollard puts the final touches on editing of the full episode, here is a short preview of Episode I that covers my "Green-eyed Susan" recipe. Special thanks to Chef Geoffrey Zakarian for the inspiration for this dish.

I also want to give a special thank you go my good friend Luke Edwards and his band Tater for the background music. We will be featuring more tunes from the Tater Traveling Circus in subesquent episode. I really think that their music meshes well with what we are trying to do with Cooking in the Great Outdoors.

So let me know what you think about this teaser trailer, follow us on Twitter @OutdoorsCook and join us on our new adventure in the outdoors.

Great job. Makes me want to dig out the 40 year old Coleman stove my dad gave me and figure out if it still works.

Alright, dug it out. After taking it apart and oiling the pump, it holds air. Going to pick up some fuel and light it up.

Hehe glad that I could motivate you to get that thing out of the garage and use it! THAT is precisely why I am doing this web-tv series, to get people outside and cooking. Simple as that.
