This morning I was able to run 3 miles. So my ankle has healed, thank god. I was so worried about it.

When you can run, you take it for granted. Even think, "Who the heck would ever want to RUN? Not me!" But then when you can't physically do it, that feels awful. Count your blessings!
 
But it seems okay. Looks like I just sprained or strained it a bit. Maybe it's good for me, actually. Maybe it helped me to strengthen my ankle muscles. But I'm going to go easy on it the rest of this week.
 
Lesson learned: Never run on uneven terrain 3 weeks before a major race event.
 
I'm back in business, yeah buddy! 13 days left until the Half-Marathon and counting!
